Welcome to Exiled Racing.com.
The build of the Exiled Racing 2004 Cobra has been approximately 3 years in the making. The car started out as a 2004 Ford Mustang Cobra body-in-white (BIW). Shortly after purchasing the BIW, it was delivered to a chassis builder to have a SFI 25.2 chassis built.
When the chassis was completed it returned home where the long journey began. Tubes were added to the chassis, full tubs were added, suspension was hung, parachute system was completed, interior was finished, body panels installed, wires were ran, drivetrain was installed and voila … we were hitting the track. Well at least we wish it seemed that quick and easy.
It has been a long road and we have sacrificed a lot to get where we are today.
We want to thank all of those who supported us over the years. For those who thought it would never hit the track … here’s to you.
2008 was an excellent year for Exiled Racing. Two events were attended, NMRA Columbus and Bowling Green. Every pass that was made was better than the previous. We learned a lot this year and are excited for the 2009 season to begin. We will continue testing the remaining 2008 season. See our schedule of events in the schedule section.
We are looking forward to the 2009 season.
